There has been a lots of talk recently of the Scottish backing independence.  What is interesting is that this support was lacking after the EU Referendum but has had a sudden boost in 2020.Opinion polls on Scots IndependenceThis looks like a coronavirus effect where people all over the world have been blaming their governments for the virus.  However, the arrival of Boris Johnson as Prime Minister also decreased support for the Union.
